All organized...

So the other night Adam went upstairs to get the boys ready for bed when i hear "Heather have you seen this?" This is usually not a good thing for a mom to hear. So i quickly responded "What". He then told me that i needed to come upstairs. I then told him if there room is torn apart i really dont want to see it just start having them put it back together. He then said No you really should come up and see this. So i headed up stairs and looked into there room and this is what i saw.

Thomas had taken all of his matchbox cars and organized them according to color. He was quite proud of himself and i was quite relieved to not find a room ripped apart.

Useum

Earlier this month Adam was given ticket to the Dallas Museum of Nature and Science. So we decided to take the boys. It was a really fun day, the boys still ask to go back to the really big Useum to go and see the dinosaurs. The boys had lots of fun and there was tons of things for them to look at and do while there. By the way Usuem is what Thomas calls it. Some of the high lights of our trip included:

Uncovering dinasour bones

They had these really cool childrens exhibits that the kids could interact with. One of them that they really liked was the little urban farm we saw gardens, chickens laying eggs in the chicken coop, orchards, grain fields, the dairy barn and farm to market. In each area the kids learned about how that part of the farm works.

They got to ride horses

My favorite part of the day was when Adam went to milk the cow and pulled to hard on the udder and pulled it right off and water gushed every where. I wish i could have got a picture of it but i was laughing way to hard.

There are tons of museums in Dallas and tons of fun things to do. We look forward to going and checking them all.

Catching up on the past few months

Ok so i am mostly setting this up to start recording our story for our kids some day but i am also doing this for the grandparents. Since chances are we wont be living by family any time soon this is a way for everyone to know what is going on in our lives. So the year 2008 has been a very eventful year for the Anderson family . Our time in Rexburg was very busy and never a dull moment.

So to sum it all up this is what we have been up to so far this year

Moving from Augusta Georgia to Rexburg Idaho

Adam finished up school here

Remodeling this

Adam getting a bachelors degree in Construction Management

Getting a job here

The occasional trip to the tetons

And Yellowstone

Moving from Rexburg Idaho to Irving Texas

All of this while taking care of these

We would be happy to report that this was all the moving that we are going to do for a while. But the truth is we just found out that in the next 3 or 4 months we are going to be doing this
